Walter Cronkite does the reporting/ narration.</div> <bR> <div> The first part of the video flies with VP-21 while patrolling the Atlantic coast. CDR C.E. Mackey, USN was the C.O. Russian (Soviet) trawlers are photographed just beyond the 3 mile limit in their support of Soviet submarines.
